The Photo Imaging business for the Europe region is based in Ratingen and is responsible for carrying out sales and marketing strategies and service operations for any photo ordering, printing, and INSTAX systems. We are a total solution provider for the photo industry.

 

For our European HR team located in Ratingen we are looking for a

 

Global Mobility Senior Specialist (f/m/div).

About the role

As a member of the European HR team you will process the payroll (incl. calculation based on German tax law) of our cross-border commuters internally in order to avoid consultancy expenses while staying compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end German payroll processing for employees from multiple international locations.
  • Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance with German laws.
  • Collaborate with HR for proper handling of taxes, social security contributions etc.
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated with local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and implement standardized procedures.
  • Support employees and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Support manager in other areas of the Global Mobility sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in taxes economics, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in German payroll processing, preferably in a Big4 or Next10 company.
  • Strong knowledge of German wage tax regulations.
  • Fluency in verbal and written German and English; other language skills welcome.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Open to expand knowledge and skills in various areas of Global Mobility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
