The Photo Imaging business for the Europe region is based in Ratingen and is responsible for carrying out sales and marketing strategies and service operations for any photo ordering, printing, and INSTAX systems. We are a total solution provider for the photo industry.

 

For our European HR team located in Ratingen we are looking for a

 

Junior People Development Specialist (f/m/div).

About the role

As a member of the European People Development team you will assist in the administration, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing the skills, performance, and career growth of our employees across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and administration of training programs and workshops.
  • Customization of training materials to meet the specific needs of various teams and departments.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of e-learning modules and resources.
  • Collect and compile feedback from training sessions and development programs to measure effectiveness.
  • Administer surveys and assessments to gather insights on training impact and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in generating reports and presentations on program outcomes and improvement recommendations.
  • Support the ongoing administration and improvement of performance management systems.
  • Participate in the development of performance support materials, such as job aids, trainings and reference guides.
  • Support the annual administration of the employee engagement survey.
  • Assist in the development of promotion and communication materials for People Development initiatives.
  • Support other projects of European Human Resources in the fields of Compensation & Benefits, ESG & Health Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR, training, or organizational development
  • Basic understanding of training and development methodologies and practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written German and English skills.
  • Particularly good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of People Development.
