Overview

For our Imaging Solutions Division we are looking for a

 

Budget Planning / Data Analysis Specialist (f/m/d)

 

We’re a global organisation, and this role will be based in Ratingen/Germany.

About the role

As a Budget Planning / Data Analysis Specialist you will lead budget-related work and tracking/reporting performance by sales entities as well as product categories.  At the same time you will promote the improvement of sales management and analysis using BI tools.

Responsibilities

Budget planning:

  • Support the Business Manager during planning period for PSI (Purchase/Sales Inventory) collection, CAPEX, AR and Inventory and P/L creation
  • Prepare reports in UNITE and analyze Sales Entities inputs

Data Analysis:

  • Promote the improvement of sales management and analysis using BI tools
  • Collect and report the daily sales record and monthly forecast figures
  • Create the monthly Sales and P&L report
  • Create the monthly inventory report, and lead the disposal action

Others:

  • General administrative/supportive works when required by other managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields (Budget / SCM)
  • MS-Office skills especially strong Excel/Power BI skills
  • SAP / BW skills are desirable
  • UNITE / TM1 knowledge is desirable
  • Good English and Japanese language skills
