Overview

For our Corporate Communications (CC) Department located at FUJIFILM’s European Headquarters in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf) we are looking for a

 

Web Management Operator (f/m/d) - limited for 2 years

Responsibilities

As Web Management Operator within the Web Management Team, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Web Content Administration: Assist in uploading, updating, and proofreading website content to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging information is presented. 
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements for website updates and coordinate the publishing schedule. 
  • Data and Analytics Support: Help track website metrics, assist in preparing performance reports, and provide recommendations to improve user engagement. 
  • Project Support: Support web development and enhancement initiatives by coordinating with designers, developers, and stakeholders. 
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage team calendars, organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take detailed notes to ensure projects stay on track. 
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing website updates or new features to ensure seamless functionality and an excellent user experience. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and web design tools is an advantage but not required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, Google Analytics, or digital marketing tools is desirable. 
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning new skills.
