Overview

Fujifilm Europe's Corporate Communication division is strengthening its team and is looking for a

 

Content & SNS Officer (f/m/d)

 

To support the newly renamed Digital & Content unit (formerly Social Media unit), part of the FUJIFILM Europe Corporate Communications team, focusing primarily on external social media communications while supporting internal communications initiatives. This role reports directly to the Digital & Content Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute comprehensive social media and digital content strategies that align with the Corporate Strategy, driving Corporate brand awareness and engagement with Corporate topics
  • Monitor current social media and digital communication trends, extracting insights from content performance and industry best practices
  • Take ownership of content creation, publication, and daily sharing (or multiple times per day) across diverse social networks, aligned with a strategic SNS and internal content calendar for Corporate Communications
  • Develop and maintain meaningful engagement with community members, leveraging platform tools such as messaging, mentions, and comments
  • Ensure a cohesive brand presence, voice, and personality across all official corporate social media and digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications teams and Marketing teams across the European Fujifilm network
  • Lead in-house design efforts for digital content projects and act as the key liaison with external creative agencies for campaign deliverables
  • Compile, analyze, and report on social media analytics and campaign performance to inform strategy and optimize impact
  • Maintain awareness of internal communication requirements, ensuring that social media activities complement Corporate internal messaging where applicable

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. at a level that enables you to publish paid and organic campaigns, analyze results, and optimize for ongoing improvement.
  • Knowledge of some of the most popular social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; a big part of the job is publishing text content and messaging followers (i.e., being "social").
  • Comfort using third-party publishing and management tools.
  • Community management (cultivating a following and building relationships with fans and influencers).
  • Design ability.
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and curiosity.
