Overview

We are looking for a

 

Channel Development Manager (f/m/d) – Production & Office Print Partner Channels (Eastern Europe)

 

to join our growing business division.

 

 

As Channel Development manager, you will have the responsibility for the expansion of our partner based sales coverage across Eastern Europe, opening new markets and territories for our Digital Technologies (DT, Office based printing) and Print-on-Demand (Production printing) business. You will be directly involved in the recruitment of new partners, and the development of existing partners, necessary to deliver the overall Channel budgets. As this is a European role, there will be travel necessary.

About the role

  • Defining and delivering the channel strategy, managing day-to-day relationships with our partners, and achieving business growth in line with budget targets.
  • Work with both commercial print-focused partners and partners who sell into central reprographic departments (CRDs)
  • Responsibility for identifying and developing Office Print partner channels where applicable, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Execution
     • Develop and implement a clear channel strategy for Production Print (commercial print and CRDs)

and, where applicable, Office Print partner channels in Eastern Europe. 
     • Identify and prioritise opportunities for market expansion, partner capability building, and product adoption.
     • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver targeted partner programs, campaigns, and incentives.
     • Development of initiatives to support the rapid growth of both Production Print and Office Print through channel partners in Europe.

 

2. Partner Relationship Management
     • Manage and grow relationships with key strategic partners, ensuring mutual business success.
     • Serve as the primary contact for all strategic, operational, and commercial matters for assigned partners. 
     • Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, address challenges, and drive agreed business plans.

 

3. Sales & Budget Delivery
     • Own the channel sales budget for the region, tracking and reporting on progress against targets.
     • Support partners in building robust pipelines and closing key opportunities.
     • Provide accurate forecasts and actionable market intelligence to internal stakeholders.


4. Office Print Partner Channel Development
     • Identify and onboard new Office Print partners in markets where this channel offers growth potential.
     • Develop training, certification, and enablement plans tailored to Office Print sales success.

5. Cross-Regional Support
     • Collaborate with European Channel Account Managers to share best practices, align strategies, and offer operational support where required.
     • Contribute to pan-European initiatives and partner enablement activities.

6. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure effective onboarding, training, and certification for both Production and Office
    Print partners.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve partner issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain Business Plans for all partner-related activities.
  • Support the business with initiatives to drive effective Partner Channel business (Fit for
    the Future).

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in strategic channel account management or partner
    management, ideally within Production Print/Device Technology or related technology
    sectors.
  • Proven track record of building sales through channel partnerships: Channel management experience preferably across multi-country territories.
  • Experience working with commercial print providers, CRDs, and/or Office Print channels.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Track record of developing and executing channel strategies that deliver measurable
    results.
  • Positive dynamic individual who fosters strong relationships and a positive working
    environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional Eastern European languages highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and partner performance
    data.
  • Ability to collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients and partners.
  • High attention to detail and concerned about accuracy.
  • Strong team player.
